Hensel Phelps’ Awarded First Project with Konterra Realty and Boston Properties

Hensel Phelps’ Mid Atlantic District is pleased to announce its first project with Konterra Realty and Boston Properties. The newly awarded project in the Annapolis Junction Business Park features 125,666 SF of tenant improvement for a secure government agency in Annapolis Junction, MD.  Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification through the U.S. Green Building Council, the project is scheduled for substantial completion during the third quarter of 2015.
