Hensel Phelps was awarded a design-bid-build contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Baltimore District for the Nolan Building Parking Garage. The scope of work includes a five-level 534,000 SF parking garage with a total of 1,420 parking spaces, a 12,000 SF central utility building and standby generators. Hensel Phelps will also provide utility infrastructure and a secure site perimeter. The garage is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. Hensel Phelps has worked with the USACE on 95 projects totaling more than $4.6 billion.
