Hensel Phelps Awarded Renovation Project at Upscale Hawaiian Resort

Hensel Phelps has been awarded a Construction Management contract for the renovation of the Hilton Grand Vacations Hokulani project in Waikiki, Hawaii. The original 14-story Outrigger Islander Hotel is being converted into a contemporary upscale timeshare located within the Waikiki Beach Walk retail development. The new Hilton timeshare will be comprised of 144 one-bedroom suites with high-end finishes and a rooftop bar with an outdoor pool and cabanas.
