Hensel Phelps Launches Security Awareness Campaign

For more than 80 years, Hensel Phelps has established the benchmark for safety, quality, and customer service. Our dedication to the highest standards sets us apart from our competitors and is the driving force behind the Hensel Phelps Way.

In support of these standards, Hensel Phelps has launched a companywide Security Awareness Campaign (MORE) that gives our employees the tools to understand how to be safe and secure while working with technology. The program consists of a learning and awareness process with an annual commitment to ensure the protection of our clients’, partners’, and employees’ information.

The acronym M.O.R.E. is derived from the steps employees will take to keep Hensel Phelps’ data secure:

  • Manage their work environment and security risks
  • Observe possible problems and activities
  • Report questionable activity to their local technology teams
  • Educate themselves and others about security threats

Being secure not only makes us more efficient, it keeps us in compliance with government and client data protection requirements. As Hensel Phelps’ employees uphold the new Security Awareness Program standards, we will continue our dedication to delivering the quality that our clients and partners expect.
