Hensel Phelps’ Southern Group Military Family Housing Project has reached a major milestone with the completion of construction at the first of four Air Force Bases. The Keesler Air Force Base Project in Biloxi, MS achieved substantial completion one-month early. The project consisted of a new Community Center, complete with a multi-purpose room, fitness center, business center, Air Force office space, owner office space, splash park, and swimming pool. New entrance gates were installed at three of the four Air Force residential communities. All of these new features are a warm welcome to the military families living on base, which consists of over 1,100 homes.
