Western County of Riverside Emergency Operations Center

About the Project

The Emergency Operations Center for the County of Riverside included renovation for an existing two-story building with 16,900 SF on the ground floor and a 4,600 SF upstairs storage area. Hensel Phelps upgraded the structural bracing, fire sprinklers, roofing, a parking lot, restrooms, kitchen, glass replacement, access control, cameras, perimeter fencing and a generator. The refurbished building also included electrical and data wiring upgrades, new and additional lighting, perimeter waterproofing, ceilings, HVAC, FF&E and general tenant improvements.  The space was converted into a state-of-the-art Emergency Operations Center in four months.
