Hensel Phelps is proud to announce that we have been awarded the 2025 AGC Construction Safety Excellence Award (CSEA) Grand Award — our second in just three years.
The AGC CSEA Grand Award is the construction industry’s premier safety honor, recognizing companies with outstanding leadership, innovation, and results-driven safety practices.
To be considered for this honor, finalists in each divisional category are invited to compete in person at the AGC Annual Convention for either a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place award. Finalists give an oral presentation in front of five judges, and awards are determined after the oral presentations. The Grand Award winner is then selected from among the 1st place winners, recognizing the company that rises above all other category winners as the “best of the best” in construction safety nationwide.
